Allsides Development is the results of two cousins who always wanted to start a business with each other. Robert and Ted grew up halfway across the country together but frequent family gatherings and holidays kept them close. As adults, Ted worked in consulting at EY and Visa in Atlanta while Robert started his career working at Clayton homes in Raleigh. It was at Clayton where Robert started to understand the need for affordable housing and develop the skills to build land home packages for himself. Eventually, the two decided to start Allsides Developement with one goal in mind - bring high quality and affordable housing solutions to the market.
